Retreat - 6 Days in Khorat

The retreat center serves traditional, healthy and nutritious Thai food and fresh fruits, in a buffet style, for breakfast and lunch. Participants can enjoy their delicious meals in a vast, open-air pavilion. It is custom in our tradition not to have dinner during meditation retreats. But light refreshments such as soymilk, ovaltine, coffee, tea and juice will be provided in the evening, to help complement and enhance your meditation experience.

The food served is mostly non-vegetarian. However, if you have special dietary requirements specific to certain illnesses or health conditions, please let us know at least 10 days prior to your arrival. You can also indicate this on your application form.

After your meditation sessions and a walk in the beautiful garden, you can soothe your body with a warm shower. All restrooms are cleaned daily by the retreat facility staff.
